IRENE
Irene is a recent graduate from Everest College. She manages the front office including, insurance eligibility, payments, and recievables. She is responsible for handling all patient information including patient scheduling and patient interaction.
Irene is a great asset to our team. She brings enthusiasm to our office and makes everyone feel welcome! Irene lives in San Leandro, CA. When she is not a ChiroSports USA, she enjoys reading, bicycle riding and a great movie.
KARISSA
Karissa is the Medical/Chiropractic Assistant at ChiroSports USA. She believes that her work at ChiroSports USA helps provide quality heathcare to the community. Helping Dr. Nejad and directly involved with each patient's care gives her motivation to excel to the next level and excitement in the rehabilitation process.
Karissa was born in California, but raised on the island of Guam, where she developed the love of helping people. She has a bachelor's degree in Exercise & Sports Science. She is passionate about the holistic approach to health, without the use of chemically induced drugs or surgery.
Outside of work, her interests include singing, dancing, playing sports and keeping active. She plays soccer and loves cooking during her leisure time, but also enjoys meeting new people and introducing them to a healthier lifestyle.
